The Door Girlz Development Program is a community-focused initiative designed to give up-and-coming comics a foot in the door of the Los Angeles comedy scene through The Crow!
These opportunities genuinely help up-and-coming comedians advance professionally in their careers, while fostering a strong, supportive culture around live comedy. We come together to celebrate each other's wins, help each other grow, and share hugs, tears, and beers along the way.
